Method
of Payment
We accept payment via Paypal, Cashier's Checks, money orders,
or personal checks. Shipment of orders will be held for clearing
of checks, except for established customers.
Domestic Shipping
We ship via both United States Postal Service and United Parcel
Service in the continental United States (unless requested
otherwise). Next Day and Express Services are available for
an additional charge. Please provide street address, since
UPS generally cannot deliver to post office boxes. Orders
shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via priority mail
(unless requested otherwise) and are subject to additional
shipping charges.
International Shipping
We are able to ship to Canada ONLY. Orders must be prepaid
in U.S. funds including a $4.50 handling charge in addition
to actual shipping costs. To avoid delays on mail orders with
checks, please remit extra funds to cover shipping costs; overage
will be refunded. Orders are shipped Global Priority unless
otherwise specified.
Back Orders
If we are out of stock on an item, the order will stand until
it is filled unless otherwise specified by the customer. We
do charge freight when the item is shipped.
Returns
If you are planning on returning an item, please call us for
a return authorization prior to returning. If you are experiencing
difficulty in using an item, please call first as we may be
able to alleviate the problem by phone. When returning an
item, please provide the following: 1) A copy of the invoice,
2) The reason you are returning the item, and 3) Whether you
wish to exchange or refund. If the return is due to an error
on our part, we will reimburse you for your shipping. Items
being returned must be in original containers and must be
in a resalable condition. Items not meeting these guidelines
are subject to meeting a 10% restocking fee. Returns made
by customer through C.O.D. to collect refund will be refused.
REFUNDS MADE AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING
CHARGE. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE.
Pricing
Extreme Accuracy reserves the right to correct typographical
errors in pricing. All prices are subject to change without
notice. We will not automatically send merchandise if prices
have changed dramatically. We will contact you first.

to take your call, leave a message and we will get back to
